Gemenis management & development ltd is a GTA based company that provides project management, construction management, and maintenance services in the retail and commercial sectors. Our objective is to provide services to leaders and organizations in a fair, honest and professional manner.

Project management, in general, is a complex system comprised of various tasks, components and resources that must work together in order to succeed. With our experience, and through the application of management techniques, we coordinate efforts to keep those systems in check so that objectives are met and projects are executed effectively.

Vladimir Radic, founder of Gemenis, is an experienced industry professional with 20 years of practice in the fields of retail and commercial construction, construction management, contract negotiation, value engineering, cost estimating, construction maintenance, and Interior Tenant fit-ups. He has executed multiple national level programs in different capacities.

“My experience, having worked on both sides of the fence, as a commercial builder and working in the corporate world has given me a unique understanding of the Tenant-Landlord-Contractor relationship”.

Gemenis was created to bridge gaps, promote collaboration with its partners to ensure project success and form lasting partnerships with clients and vendors.

Construction planning

Being our client’s representative, we define clear objectives once commencing a project, so we can develop strategies and realistic plans that meet budget, schedule and quality expectations.

We work with our client’s internal resources and third-party consultants to improve efficiency, productivity and collaboration where we address every project’s unique requirements to simplify the design and implementation processes.

We assist in building the right team of consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors as they’re all key players for mitigating issues at hand.

Ineffective Project Management can lead to serious problems such as time delays and exponential cost overruns.
